Steve and Kim have lived in N.E. Ohio for most of their lives and are glad to call Medina home. They have been married for 19 years and have three wonderful children. Christopher 19, attends Kent State University, Mathew 16 is a Freshman at Medina High School and Stephanie 15 is a Sophomore at the High School.

Steve and Kim are both licensed Realtors and work for Russell Real Estate Services located in Medina on Route 18. Russell Realty has served Northeast Ohio since 1962 and currently has over 430 Realtors located in seven offices throughout the area. In 2006 and 2007, Steve and Kim where the top agents in the Medina office and number 6 in the company. As well as being top agents they also received the Award of Excellence for attaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction. For 2008 Steve and Kim are expecting even more. Even though the overall market is down The Wallack Team has already sold more homes than they did in 2007 and are currently one of the top 10 selling agents in Medina County.
